The MSA80C-B Cordless Chainsaw from STIHL is made for ambitious private users, suitable for processing firewood, pruning and felling small trees up to 25cm in diameter. Part of the STIHL AK System battery range, the MSA80C-B must be used with an AK 30 S battery.

The MSA80C-B is the first AK System chainsaw to feature a 14" guide bar.

• The power output of the MSA80C-B is comparable to the MSA160 from the STIHL AP System or the MS162 petrol saw.
• The new and improved Ergo lever keeps the interlock button engaged, meaning the MSA80C-B is easy to position at different angles with reduced wrist strain.
• The MSA80C-B is 30% more powerful than the MSA70 and at only 200g heavier it offers excellent power to weight.
• Like the MSA60 and MSA70, the chain sprocket cover can be removed and the chain tensioned without needing tools.
• A transparent chain oil tank provides good visibility of your oil level.

STIHL recommend using the AK30S battery with this saw to benefit from the new power boost function. This battery and saw combination gives a max working time of 35 minutes.
