Terms and conditions
Get a free installation package worth up to £400 when you buy one of our robot mowers.
- Orders for robot mowers meeting the conditions below, will benefit from free installation (labour only) to the value of £400 inc VAT.
- Should an installation price be quoted that is in excess of £400 (typically for large and/or complex installations), the excess over £400 will be chargeable
To benefit from the free installation offer:
- The location at which the robot mower is to be installed must be within the normal trading area of Ripon Ground Care.
- We (Ripon Ground Care) must undertake a site survey in order to offer the best advice on mower selection and the installation requirements.
- Your request for a site survey must be received by 23 December 2025. Unless otherwise agreed by us, your site survey, must be completed by 16 January 2026.
- Installation of the robot mower must be completed by 13 February 2026. If the installation is delayed (by adverse weather for example), we will agree a revised installation date but full payment for your order must be received by 13 February 2026.
- Full payment for your order must be received by the earlier of the day before the installation date and 13 February 2026.

About Robot Lawn Mowers
Whether you just don’t have time, don’t want to or can’t cut the grass or perhaps you just want the latest in modern technology, then a robotic mower could be for you.
Robotic lawnmowers are now a very real alternative to traditional walk-behind and ride-on mowers. Once installed, a robot mower gives fully automatic grass cutting, leaving you only the small job of cutting any areas the mower can't reach. You have full control over the days and times of cutting to suit you and, because the grass is cut regularly, the pieces of cut grass are tiny and simply disappear back into the lawn acting as a free fertiliser. A lawn cut with a robot mower will often look better than a lawn cut with a traditional mower because the very frequent cutting is less stressful for the grass than traditional once-a-week cutting.
Smart technology allows you to control certain models via a smart phone from wherever you are in the world providing you have an internet connection.
Odd shaped lawns with obstacles won't bother a robot and many models use GPS navigation to help them map the area to be mown.
