The STIHL RMA 248 T is a battery-powered single-speed lawnmower tailored for entry-level users aiming to maintain small to medium-sized lawns at home. As part of the new lineup of 2 Series battery-powered lawn mowers, it offers a lightweight and noiseless operation along with innovative features, making it an optimal choice for home gardeners.
Crafted with a sheet steel deck, it boasts a 46 cm cutting width and single-point height adjustment, adjustable from 20 to 100 mm. Being part of the AK System tool range, it runs on an AK 30 S battery, compatible with other tools in the series. With two battery slots, users can swiftly switch to a backup battery when needed. With a fully charged AK 30 S battery, it can mow lawns up to 340 m².
Offering four mowing options, this mower provides versatility without the need for additional tools. Users can choose to:
- Cut and collect with the grass catcher box attached
- Cut and drop by removing the catcher box
- Opt for side discharge using the integrated flap
- Mulch with the multi-blade and attachment
The comfort mono-handlebar ensures convenient access to the grass catcher box, facilitating easy removal and emptying when full. Additionally, the grass catcher box includes a fill-level indicator so you will know exactly when you need to empty. With a capacity of 52 litres, the grass catcher box is ergonomically designed and easily accessible for swift emptying. The sturdy mono-handlebar is height-adjustable and foldable for compact storage post-use.
