World class cut quality and excellent articulation, the Trimax Snake is a versatile and reliable PTO driven mower for local authority councils, sports fields, golf courses, schools and turf farms.

The Sports Turf Institute of New Zealand declares that the Snake's rotary cutting system provides an equal quality cut to a cylinder mower.

The Trimax Snake is both really easy to use and to maintain. The spindles are sealed meaning the task of regular greasing is not required, while the automatic belt tensioners remove the need for manual belt adjustments while improving drive performance to the spindles and blades.

The Trimax Snake Series 2 includes a new stubless roller bearing retention system called LocTEK, which improves retention, alignment, bearing life and reduces maintenance.

The multi-deck Snake is suitable for tractors with a minimum 35hp or for contracting work the recommended hp is 50-60.

There are two widths available, the 320 with 3234mm cutting width and the 400 with 1985mm cutting with, which at a 6mph workrate can cut 7 acres/hr and 9 acres/hr respectively.
