Designed for discerning homeowners and light duty professional use, the Echo HCAS-236ES-LW short reach hedgetrimmer makes light work of cutting medium-height and wide hedges. Compared to a traditional hedgetrimmer, the HCAS-236ES-LW allows you to reach higher and further into a hedge.
The cutter head articulates using a single-handed operation, allowing you to position the double reciprocating blades to achieve the desired finish whilst maintaining the most comfortable operating position. The blades and gear casing are both light weight yet durable.
An inconvenience with traditional petrol hedgetrimmers is the proximity of the exhaust to the operator’s face which can result in the inhalation of engine emissions. This problem is minimised with the HCAS-236ES-LW because the engine will be well away from your face during cutting.
This model features Echo’s ES Easy Start making starting the HCAS-236ES-LW effortless with just one or two gentle pulls of the starter rope. This model also features a loop handle making it very comfortable to use.
