Installation tips:
- Power off the saw and engage the chain brake before servicing.
- Remove the existing bar and chain, inspect the groove and drive sprocket for wear.
- Install the bar with correct orientation, fit the PM3 chain around the bar and sprocket, and seat the bar against the sprocket correctly.
- initially tension the chain slightly loose for mid-span sag, then run the saw and re-tension while warm after a brief test cut.
