By relocating the battery from the tool to the user's waist or back, the adapter significantly reduces the working weight of the machine, improving handling, balance, and comfort during extended professional landscaping, forestry, and grounds maintenance tasks. The adapter also allows compatible AR backpack batteries to be charged when used with the appropriate connecting cable and charger.
