Slow telephone response but good service generally so would use again
I ordered a mower clutch cable which was delivered quickly and in good condition. The part delivered did not match the picture on the site so I rang the parts dept., to see if I had the correct part. Getting though to parts was a challenge (hence only good score) but once through, Dan Walker, was very helpful and took the time to check that the delivered part was indeed correct as it had been updated and reassured me that if there was an issue fitting they would accept a return.
