The STIHL RMA253T is a battery-powered, single-speed, self-propelled lawn mower specifically designed for entry-level users aiming to maintain small to medium-sized lawns. As a one of the models from the new 2 Series battery-powered lawn mower range, it distinguishes itself as a lightweight and quiet mower, equipped with innovative features, making it the preferred choice for home gardeners.
Constructed with a sheet steel deck, this lawn mower has a 51cm cutting width and single-point height adjustment, offering versatility with settings adjustable between 20 – 100mm.
Battery Information:
The RMA253T seamlessly integrates into the AK System range of tools and operates with an AK30S battery, compatible with other machines within the range. The powerhead conveniently accommodates two AK batteries, allowing users to swiftly switch to the second one when the first depletes. The recommended battery for this product is the AK30S, which provides mowing distances of up to 325m2 . As part of the STIHL AK System, the RMA253T is compatible with a selected range of AK batteries. Maximum working distances are:
- AK10 - up to 125m2
- AK20 - up to 250m2
- AK30S - up to 325m2

Offering four mowing options, this mower provides versatility without the need for additional tools. Users can choose to:
- Cut and collect with the grass catcher box attached
- Cut and drop by removing the catcher box
- Opt for side discharge using the integrated flap
- Mulch with the multi-blade and attachment
The comfort mono-handlebar facilitates convenient access to the grass catcher box, simplifying removal and emptying when full. Additionally, the fill level indicator on the grass catcher box ensures timely emptying. Ergonomically designed, the 55-litre grass catcher box offers easy full opening and swift emptying. The sturdy mono-handlebar is height adjustable and foldable for compact storage after use.
