The Allett QC Aerator uses a series of two pronged slitting tines to aerate your lawn. The slits created by the aerator allow vital air and water to reach the grass roots. The slitting action has the added benefit of pruning the grass roots causing vigorous growth.
As a general guide, and depending on the prevailing conditions, you would use an aerator from March to November.

The Allett QC Dethatcher uses a series of widely spaced hooked blades to give an aggressive scarification to your lawn in early and late season. The tines penetrate the soil to a maximum of 6mm to remove the densest layers of thatch.
As a general guide, and depending on the prevailing conditions, you would use a dethatcher in February or March and September or October.

With a six bladed cylinder as standard, the Allett Kensington 17B will give a precision cut to your lawn. Powered by a Briggs & Stratton engine and with a 17” (43cm) width of cut, this mower is at home on medium sized lawns.
The height of cut is adjusted by a single point infinitely variable micro-set height of cut control and an adjustable front rake helps to lift lateral growth for an improved cut.
A zinc plated front roller and steel rear roller will ensure that you achieve that classic striped finish to your lawn.
The Kensington 17B features a split rear roller for maximum maneuverability. A foam-cushioned handle and large throttle control make this top quality mower even more refined.
Allett have fitted this mower with their Quick Cartridge (QC) system that allows the cylinder unit to be removed quickly for ease of maintenance. The cylinder cartridge can be replaced with a range of other cartridges to turn your mower into a complete lawn care system. Choose from an aerator, lawn brush, dethatcher, verticutter and lawn rake. The standard six blade cylinder cartridge can also be replaced with a ten blade cartridge for an even finer cut.
The mower's handles feature a three-position height adjustment and will fold for storage. When it comes to storing the cartridges, Allett have produced a stand to hold three cartridges. The stand can be wall or floor mounted.

The Quick Cartridge (QC) system allows your Allett Kensington to perform a range of lawncare tasks. The optional cartridges can be fitted quickly and easily in place of the cutting cylinder.
