The STIHL FSA120 is a cordless, battery powered brush cutter designed for tackling the toughest gardening and landscaping jobs you may face. The FSA120 has low noise emission – making it ideal for work in noise-sensitive areas such as schools, hospitals and quiet neighbourhoods.

The FSA120 is fitted with a bike handle for user comfort when working to cut tall grass and weeds - The folding clamp makes it quick and easy to adjust the bike handle to the ergonomic position that suits you. The FSA120 features a powerful brushless EC motor as well as speed adjustment controls on the handle which can be set to 2 different speeds depending on the task at hand. The ECO mode (level 1) is tailored for simple task such as trimming lawn edges, using less energy for an extended battery life. Full speed mode (level 2) has been designed for mowing thicker grass which requires more energy and power.

The FSA120 is supplied with a basic harness and the GrassCut 230-2 blade as standard, but can also be fitted with other STIHL cutting tools, such as the PolyCut, TrimCut, DuroCut and AutoCut cutting tools.

Battery Information:

The recommended battery for this FSA120 is the AP300S, which provides up to 110 minutes of run time. As part of the STIHL AP System, the FSA120 is compatible with the full range of AP batteries. Maximum working times (based on lowest setting) are:

• AP20 - up to 50 minutes (standard mode) and up to 25 minutes (boost mode)
• AP200S - up to 60 minutes (standard mode) and up to 30 minutes (boost mode)
• AP30 - up to 75 minutes (standard mode) and up to 45 minutes (boost mode)
  
• AP300S - up to 110 minutes (standard mode) and up to 50 minutes (boost mode)
