Using a traditional hedgetrimmer at height can be tiring, time consuming and dangerous if full safety precautions are not taken. The STIHL HL94C-E long reach hedgetrimmer is ideal for cutting tall and wide hedges and shrubs.
This long reach hedgetrimmer is ideal for regular professional users needing extra reach for keeping hedges and shrubs trimmed.
The cutter head articulates through 145 degrees allowing you to select the perfect angle for both vertical and horizontal cutting. Simply slide back the locking collar, move the head to the desired position and release the collar.
The STIHL HL94C-E is fitted with a powerful and fuel efficient 2-MIX engine. Thanks to STIHL's ErgoStart system, minimal effort is effort required to start the engine. Once the engine is running, the ECOSPEED control allows you to limit the engine’s maximum speed thereby saving fuel and reducing noise when full engine revs are not needed.
An inconvenience with traditional petrol hedgetrimmers is the proximity of the exhaust to the operator’s face which can result in the inhalation of engine emissions. This problem is minimised with the HL94C-E because the engine will be well away from your face during cutting.
When cutting is finished, the cutter head will articulate to 180 degrees for storage and transportation.
Head Articulation
The cutter head is very easy to articulate so that you can set the perfect angle for cutting the tops and sides of hedges and shrubs.
ECOSPEED
Turning a dial limits the maximum engine speed to ensure fuel efficiency and reduced noise when full engine power is not needed. If full power is needed temporarily, the throttle trigger can be pulled past the stop for a short burst of extra power. When the throttle trigger is released, the speed limitation will resume.
