The new version of the F G Adamson & Son website is very
good. Being able to look up your own parts is very easy, set out well and is easy to use. Having the retail and nett prices along with stock quantity together is also very beneficial from a parts ordering perspective.

The stock which must be held by F G Adamson & Son is also very good, especially in the current climate as getting hold of some products and parts is quite challenging.

We have been dealing with FGA since 2002 as a support for our own garden machinery business as a supplier of spare parts and on a lesser scale new machinery.

The range of manufacturers covered for spare parts meets a large proportion of our requirement for both over counter sales and workshop usage. On pricing, we do shop around but, in general the discount structure from FGA is better than others especially when we are parts winter stocking.

The knowledge and friendly assistance we get from the parts staff is excellent and the weekly delivery format is extremely useful. The website is very easy to use and has the advantage of showing what is in stock at point of ordering and parts diagrams are easy to access.

Overall, I would say they are an excellent bunch of people to deal with making life much easier for us guys further down the line to operate.
